ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman Bugala called the meeting to order at 8:04 p.m. <br />Present: B. Gorris, T. Morgan, R. Perla, J. Roberts, J. Brown, <br />and R. Bugala. <br />Absent: J. Prokasy <br />Also Present: Building Commissioner E. Gundy, Assistant City <br />Engineer D. McDermott, Assistant Law Director <br />D. Ryan, and Recording Secretary B. Oring. <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: , <br />J. Brown moved to approve the Minutes of October 14, 1980 with <br />the following corrections: Page 2(b) J. Roberts seconded the <br />motion, third tolast.:line delete the word will, also under Also <br />Present add Councilman D. Woerpel, seconded by J. Roberts, and <br />unanimously approved. <br />r- <br />III. BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: <br />(a) SIGNS: <br />The signs were studied and discussed in conjunction with the <br />Architectural Board of Review Minutes of October 20, 1980e <br />T. Morgan moved to approve all the signs as stated by the <br />Architectural Board of Review with the exception that the <br />Woodscape Zaremba sign will not be illuminated and the T G I <br />Friday sign which will be heard with the T G I.building plans, <br />s,econded by B. Gorris, and unanimously approved. <br />,(b) Jamestown Village Apartments, Phase 7(D. Margolius), Columbia <br />and Brookpark Roads. <br />D. Margolius presented the revised plans for the 32 suite <br />apartment and explained that a variance had been granted by <br />the Board of Zoning Appeals and that these plans include the <br />recommendations of the Architectural Board of Review. The <br />landscape plans are to be presented to the Architectural <br />Board at the next meeting. Assistant D. McDermott advised <br />the Commission that the City is going to request from Mr. <br />Margolius 10'.6f frontage for the widening of Columbia Rd. <br />They are also suggesting that the access driveway be open on <br />to the existing interior driveway of the adjacent condominum. <br />Mr. Margolius explained that this is not possible since the <br />,..
