Brown, W. Ohman, B. Gorris, J. Roberts, and <br />D. Ryan. <br />Absent: J. Prokasy <br />Also Present: Law Director M. Gareau, Assistant City Engineer <br />D. McDermott and Building Commissioner Gundy. <br />Member J. Prokasy arrives at 810 p.m. <br />ItEVIEv7 AivD CORRECTION OF MINUTES : • <br />Mr. Ohman suggested that the motion made by Mr. Ryan on ?age 2 <br />Planning Commission Minutes of January 23, 1979 be corrected to <br />read "?rlr. Ryar. moved that on the site plan". The underlined word <br />"on" is to be inserted. Also noted was the year 1978 on the ton of <br />oage 2 was to be changed to 1979. Mr. Roberts made a motion to <br />approve the January 23, 1979 minutes as corrected, seconded by <br />Mr. Rvan and unanimously approved. . <br />BUILDING DEPARTMEIQT REQUESTS : <br />Building Commissioner Gundy presented Romp Brothers' Office Building <br />vlans to the Commission. Chairman Bugala called persons representing <br />the developers before the Commission. They were identified as <br />Mr. Routeman, Architect, Mr. Geisser, Attorney, and ?y1r. Wyman Romp, <br />owner. Architectural Review Board minutes of January 15, 1979 were <br />studied. The recommended changes by t!ze Review Board are shown on <br />the plan dated January 16, 1979a Other matter discussed by the <br />Commission were ingress, egress, off street aarking conformity, <br />traffic patterils, building aesthetics and resubmittal of signage <br />and landscape plans. Assistant City Engineer McDermott advise-d <br />that he has informed the developers of the aecessit,y to combine <br />the existing four lots into one lot and an assembly plat is forth <br />coming. Mr. Prokasy made a motion to approve Romp Brothers' Office <br />Building Plans dated January 16, 1979 subject to: (1) Submission of <br />an assembly plat and (2) compliance with all recommendations of the <br />Architectural Review Boardo This was seconded by Mr..Ryan and <br />unanimously anproved. Building Comm'_ssioner Gtuldy presented plans concerning the proposed <br />development of a parcel soiith of Snell Station located at 25199 <br />Lorain Road on the east side of Great Northern Blvd. The project <br />iaill be known as Sneedy Muff]er. Mr. J. Foreman stood before the <br />Comcnission and described the building and other improvements in- <br />cluding the signage. Tne site plan depicts only a partial development
