v <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />; <br />June 27, 1978 <br />I. ROLL CALL <br />Chairman Rafeld called the meeting to order at 8:10 p.mo <br />? <br />PRESENT: Chairman Rafeld, Messers Bugala, Ryan, Roberts and,Mrs. Brown. <br />ALSO PRESENT• <br />Law Director Gareau, Assistant City Engineer McDermott, <br />Chief Building Inspector Speidel and Recording Secretary <br />Spencer. <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINVTES <br />Mr. McDermott moved to correct minutes of Jime 13th (under section IV-a) <br />by changing the length of roadway to 309.08 feet'at existing right of way line. <br />Mr. Roberts moved to accept minutes of June 13th as corrected. Mrs. Brown <br />secanded and motion passed. <br />III. BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUESTS <br />(a) Court Club South <br />Mr. Gene Ochalek, representing Court Club South, came before the <br />Commission. After some discussion Mr. Roberts moved to accept plans <br />? for Court Club South meeting recomnendations of Architectural Review <br />' Board and pending approval of the Engineering Department including a <br />review of the parking layout. Mrs. Browm seconded and motion passed. <br />(b) Blocks "C and D" - Timber Trail Subdivision <br />Mr. Alexander Kanareff came before the Board. He distributed maps <br />of Timber.Trail Subdivision and requested the zoning of blocks "C <br />and D" be changed to a residential classification from its current <br />limited industrial classification. A discussion ensued. Mr. Rafeld <br />moved that we place this in Committee for study with recoimnendation <br />fOr action by a coimnittee at our next Planning Comnission meeting. <br />The coTmittee will consist of two people: Mr. Prokasy as chairperson <br />and Mrso Brown as member. Mr. Roberts seconded and motion passed. <br />V. COMMUNICATIONS <br />(a) Mr. Rafeld distributed copies of Ordinance No. 78-94 to all members. <br />. (b) Regional Planning Commission Report re: Diversified Ltd. <br />Mr. Bugala moved to bring Regional Planning Commission report re: <br />Diversified, Ltd, request out of Connittee.
