Huntington, Remrnel and Prati. <br />Also Present: A;r. Gareau, Law Director and Nlrs. Hodgins, iecording Secretary. <br />The June 1, 1977 minutes were corrected as follows: <br />Case No. 1 should have inserted in the 2d paragraph "two requests before the <br />Board -- 6 inch variance for a split rail fence 3E inches high along the side- <br />valk on both Edgepark and Pine Circle and an 18 inch variance for fence height <br />in the side setback area of a corner lot". At the end of the same par,agraph <br />"Mrm Huntington moved to approve the 6 inch variance for a split rail fence as <br />requested. ?Sr. Remmel seconded, and motion passed" <br />Case No. 16 should have added at the end of the second paragraph "Mr. Shannon <br />also requested a 15 ft. rear yard variance to allok construction of 15 ft. x <br />20 ft. patio cover. P'iro Remmel moved to grant the variance. Nr. Huntington <br />seconded, and motion passed." <br />Mr. Huntington moved to approve minutes as corrected. Mr. Remmel seconded, <br />and motion passed. Vio- <br />lation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1151.04 limiting height and violation of Ord. <br />1321001 requiring permit. <br />Chairman Ledvina invited the applicant and all other interested persons to <br />assemble before the Board. Al1 witnesses, before testifying, were sworn in. <br />Situation was examined and it was found fence is erroding into side yard. <br />Mr. Remmel moved to reject the request. Mr. L.edvina seconded. There was <br />discussion of the motion. Roll Call on motion - all aye. Request denied. <br />2. Bible Presbyterian Church, 2909 Walter Rd. Request for variance (1133•13). <br />Request for special permit to build addition to church in residential area. <br />Special permission required by Ord. 62-33 Eection 1151.01 (E). <br />Chairman Ledvina invited the applicant and all other interested persons to <br />assemble before the Board. All witnesses, before testif,ying, were sworn in. <br />A 34 Ft. x 32 ft. addition is planned. Plans were explained. This is a <br />deep parcel. N?r. Huntington moved to grant special permit for addition. Mr. <br />Remmel seconded, and motion passed. <br />3. P. A. & B. Kramer, 5309 Hampton Dr. Request for variance (1133.13). Request <br />for 68 ft. rear yard variance and 1 ft. 3 in. height variance for tool shed. <br />Chairman Ledvina invited the applicant and all other interested persons to <br />asGemble before the Board. All witnesses, before testifying, were sworn in. <br />Reason for proposed location of tool shed is for convenience. NIr. Hunting- <br />ton moved to deny both requests. M,r. Remmel seconded, and motion passed. <br />Requests denied.
