?? /?1 CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIC BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS The May 4, 1977 meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals was called to order by Chair- man Ledvina promptly at 7:30 p.m. Present: Chairman Ledvina, 1Iessrs. Hamill, Huntington and Remmel. Also Present: Mro Gareau, Law Director, Nro Gundy, Bui.lding Commissioner, Mx?. Fair- field, Councilman and Mrs. Hodgins, Recording Secretar,yo Mrm Huntington moved that the minutes of April 6, 1977 be approved as written. Se- conded by Mr. Remmel. Roll Call on the motion: A1l members voted yesv Continuance of hearing Charles L. Novachick, 6010 Porter Rd. Request for vari-_ ance for distance between hoase and-garage. Violation ofOrdo 62-33 Section 1151ao4, Chairman Ledvina invited the applicant and all other interested persons to as- semble before the Board. A11 witnesses, before testifying, were sworn ino Af- ter examining revised plans and discussion of same, Mr. Hamill moved to.deny the rEquest. Mr. Huntington seconded the motion. All witnesses, before testifying, were sworn in. Af- ter study o£ plans and some discussion Mr. Remmel moved to grant variance al- lowing building addition within 20 ft. of rear yard line,. NZr. Hamill seconded the motion. Roll Call: Messrs. Remmel and Hamill, yes; NZessrs. Huntington and Ledvina voted nom. The variance was denied. 3. Eugene C. Feher, Jr.., 5759 South P.Qrter Rd. Request for variance (1133013). Re- quest for 18 in. height var.iance for fence. Violation of Ord. 62-33 5ection 1151. o4o .
