Roberts and <br />Zurawski. Roll wa= called by Vice Chairman R.afeld. <br />Also Present: Building Commissioner Gundy, Law Director Gareau and Re- <br />cording Secretary Hodginse II. Review and Correction of Minutes <br /> <br />I4r. Zurawski moved--.to accept minutes as submitted. Ms. Roberts seconded <br />and motion passed. <br />III. Building Department Requests <br />14 <br /> <br />(a) Sign for C_leveland Trust <br />Item was referred from Board of Zoning Appeals to Planning Commiss.ion. <br />Proposed sign has-logo larger than lettering. - Plans for sign conform- <br />with-zoning ordinance;._needed is modification of ruling of Planning <br />Commission 9-27-77-•- (ruling applied to enti_re -shopping =center).e NIr. -- <br />Kiehl-from Building and.Administration of Cleveland _Trust Co. explain- <br />ed development of-logoo_After-discussion Mr:-Tischler moved to ap- <br />prove reques-t to have-Cleveland =Trust sign logo be 3 ft. 6 in. per <br />plans as an exception--to standard_set °-27-77.
