Roll Call <br />Chairinan Prokasy called the meeting to order at 8:15 p.m. <br />Present: Chaisman Prokasy, Vice Chairman Roberts, Secretary Tisch- <br />ler, Messrs.-Evanoff and Rafeld. <br />klso Present; ?3uilding Commissioner Gundy, Law Director Gareau, As- <br />sistant City Engineer McDermott and Recording Secre- <br />tary Hodgins. <br />II. Review and Correction of Minutes <br />Mr.'Tischler corrected Item VII to read "he has turned over to Law <br />Director Gareau information showing a Kentucky Court decision hold- <br />ing Louisville Landmarks Committee unconstitutional. <br />Mr. Roberts moved to accept minutes of September 14, 1976 meeting <br />as corrected:- Mre Tischler seconded and motion passed. <br />III. Building Department Requests <br />(a) Mr. Gundy introduced Mr. Nemeth who displayed nev set of plans <br />for buildiiig to be used for rust proofing operation, 29328 Lo- <br />rain Rd. It is a natural pmrcel, has not been subdivided since <br />the 150 ft. requirement went into effect9 having 146.7 ft, fron- <br />tage: 35 parking spaces are provided; 30 are required. Plant- <br />ing strips in front and at side were explainede Minor changes <br />regarding drainage are to be made by Fngineering Department. Mr. <br />Roberts moved to approve Ernest Nemeth's building plans for <br />29328 Lorain Rd. as of this date with the interest that large <br />tree r.emain if possible. Mro Evanoff seconded and motion pas- <br />sed unanimously. <br />(b) Proposal to add drive-in window for Burger King Store #368, 26270 <br />Lorain Rd. was presented by Mr. Gundy. Two gentlemen, one a rep- <br />resentative of Burger King and one of the franchise operation, ex- <br />plained the parking, the new food service, traffic flow, etc. Af- <br />ter some questions Mr. Rafeld moved to approve Burger King remodel- <br />ing p].an for Store #368, 26270 Lorain Rd. with the addition of curb <br />stop along west side of property. Mra Roberts seconded and motion <br />passed _ <br />IV. Old Business - iVo Items <br />V. New Developments and Subdivisions <br />(a:) Friends Church Subdivision - north off Butternut Ridge Rd. near <br />proposed relocated 252 <br />Zocation drataings were distributed by Mr. McDermott.
