Evanoff, Freeh and Rafeldo pT <br />Also Present; Building Commissioner Gundy, City Lngineer Childs, Law <br />Director Gareau and R,ecording Secretary Hodgins. <br />IIe Review and Correction of Minutes <br />Mr. Fvanoff corrected the minutes on Page 1.? Par. 5 to 50 lots of 80 ft. <br />Mr. Freeh moved minutes be approved as corrected. rTr. R.afeld seconded <br />and motion passed. <br />III, Building Department Requests . <br />-' (a) Mr. Gundy presented proposal to build church in a residentially <br />zoned area. Church is planned north of Butternut Ridge Rd, near <br />proposed relocated 252, NIr. Anderson and a group of neighbors as- <br />sembled before the Commissiono I'Zembers of the Commission studied <br />planso Neighbors voiced disapproval of lighting and parking. Law <br />Director Gareau gave background of Zoning Board approval of the <br />plan on November 10 and he stated BZD Committee and Council have <br />not yet made review. Lengthy discussion ensued. P1r. Freeh moved <br />to place in committee for site inspeetion and further study. Hr. <br />Evanoff seconded and motion passed. <br />?(b) Mr. Gundy presented and distributed plans for improvement and ad- <br />dition to building at 25M Lorain Rd., formerly Chef Gene's. N?r..• <br />LaValle, the appellant, appeared before.the Commissiono Plans <br />were studied. Rendering of plan for improved building was shown, <br />Parking spaces are in excess of requirements. 11,1r. Freeh moved <br />that the proposed Chef Gene site plan be approved as submitted with <br />the exception of removal of 5 parking spaces as marked on record <br />plan dated Nov. l. NIr. Evanoff seconded and motion passed. <br />IV, Old Business - No Items <br />V.I. New Developments and Subdivisions <br />(a) Birch Circle Subdivision - withdrawn <br />- (b) Ltewart J.
