Ledvina, Hamill, Huntington, Olson and Duskey. <br />Also present: Building Commissioner Gundy, Latiu Directbr Gareau and Recording <br />vecretary Hodgins. <br />Mr, Olson moved to approve minutes of Oct. l, 1975 meeting. Mr. Hamill seconded <br />the motion. Pir. Delmar Ernest questioned Fage 4 of the minutes. Roll Call on <br />motion: Messrs. Olson, Hamill, Ledvina, Duskey and Huntington - aye. <br />1. Pizza Hut, 278L5 Lorain Rd. Request for variance (1233.13)• Request for <br />oversize pole sign. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1225.02 (C). <br />Presents Yir. 1qcQueen and Mrs. V. Hackel who were ac3ministered the oath. <br />Case and appeal were reade Proposed sign is 30% over the 50 sq. <br />ft. limit set by Ordinance.
