- City of Nortli 0lmsted SPECIAL MEETING BOARD OF ZONIIJG APPEAIS June 25, 1975 Mr. Ledvina called the special meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. 1'resont: Messrs. Ledvina' Hamill, Tubbs and Duskey Also Present: Mr. Gundy9 Building Commissioner, N1r. Gareau, Lata Director, Mrs. Hodgins, Recording Secretary; and Councilman Wilamosky. Continuance of hearing of requQst of Arthur po7.an, 4316 Brendan Lane. Re- quest for variance (1133.13). Request for special permit for tool shed. Special permission required by Ord. 62m33 Section 115100It. Present: 14r. Dolan who was administer2d the oath. Shed is to be on a slab, is to be made of wood and isto be constructed by Mr. Dolan. Des- cription of property was givenv Mr. Duskey moved to grant special permit for tool shed to be located 5 ft. from side lot line; no less than 10 ft. from back line. Aqra Hamill seconded and motion passed. Continuance -of hearing of request of 'Vvlm. Heppner, 24354 South Oxford Ova1 Request for variance (1133,13). Request for special permit for tool shed. Special permission required by Ord. 62-33 -Section 1i51o0?. Present: Mr. Heppner, lZr. and Mrs. Gardner. Witnesses -viere administered the oath. Case was revie-wed. Very detailed plans and pictures were shown and examined. Gardners agree with latest plan of de- sign. $hed is to be 8 ft. x 8 ft. x 8 ft. and color conrdinated to house. Mre Hamill moved to approve request for special permit to include landscaping as shown in sketches in file. Mr. Duskey seconded and motion passed. Continuance of hearin of Mark A. Request for variance 1133•13)• Request for front and rear setback variances. on permanent parcels 235-1-14-95 and 96 on Decker Rdm Violation of Ord. 62-33 Sections 1159.01 and 1163.01a Present: Mre Hesszlink, Mro Augustine and many others: Witnesses were ad- ministered the oath. R,equest is for 1 ftm rear yarc3 and 5 fta front setback or only one 10 fte front setback. Two lots are combined.Lot is 140 ft. in depth. House next door has variance. Explanation of gz°adation of setbacks was given. Explanation was given regarding workings of this Board. Single dwelling is to be built on parcels being considered. After some discussion Yire Tubbs moved to grant b ft. front ,yard variance only on Sub Lots 494 and 493 on Decker Rd. (permanent parcels 235-14-95 and 96). Mr. Duskey seconded and mo- tion passed. 1.
