Re- <br />quest for variance (1133.13). Request for special permit for tool shed. <br />Special permission required by Ord. 62m33 Section 115100It. <br />Present: 14r. Dolan who was administer2d the oath. Shed is to be on a slab, <br />is to be made of wood and isto be constructed by Mr. Dolan. Des- <br />cription of property was givenv Mr. Duskey moved to grant special <br />permit for tool shed to be located 5 ft. from side lot line; no <br />less than 10 ft. from back line. Witnesses -viere administered <br />the oath. Case was revie-wed. Very detailed plans and pictures <br />were shown and examined. Gardners agree with latest plan of de- <br />sign. $hed is to be 8 ft. x 8 ft. x 8 ft. and color conrdinated <br />to house. Explanation of <br />gz°adation of setbacks was given. Explanation was given regarding <br />workings of this Board. Single dwelling is to be built on parcels <br />being considered. After some discussion Yire Tubbs moved to grant <br />b ft. front ,yard variance only on Sub Lots 494 and 493 on Decker Rd. <br />(permanent parcels 235-14-95 and 96).
