Review and Correction of Minutes <br />Mr. Freeh moved to correct Item 3 on Page 3 last sentence to read <br />'PSUbject to the approval of final exact location by Recreation Com- <br />mission and subject to fina1 approval, by Council". Mr. Ptioberts cor- <br />rected Item 3 B-l, Page 1 to "northwest corner". Nir. Freeh moved to <br />approve the minutes of April 8, 1975 as corrected.. Mr. Elliott se- <br />conded and motion passed unans.mously, <br />IIYa Building Department <br />(a ) 07.d Requests <br />(l) Trotwood subdivision - Northwest corner area Mastick & <br />Clague Road - Development Plan <br />Mr. Gundy had reviewed plans, which were presented to him the <br />day after the last meeting of Planning Commission. Plan includes <br />41 two bedroom, 15 three bedroom units requiring 110 parking spaces. <br />Proposed are 70 covered parking spaces and 42 open parking spaces; <br />a total of 112. Parking is adequate; meets the Code. Mr. Gundy <br />noted total acreage is in excess of 5 acres. Mr. Prokasy comment- <br />ed density is then 11 units per acre. Mr. Clingman was present and <br />was asked if he cared to comment at this tiem. He had no comments <br />at present, <br />Mr. Prokasy referred to letter fxom the Safety Director advising <br />Fire Department had reviewed plans and are requesting fire hydrants <br />be located every 300 fto; in additzon th.e Fire Department requests <br />the turn-around situation must have a 60 ft.. ie?i.us - this being a <br />single entrance. Mr. McDer.mott stated Engineering Dept. is going <br />to request some type of notation that it is known that these drive- <br />ways will never be eligible for dedication to avoid any future prob- <br />lems because they do not conform to City specifications. Mr. Cling- <br />man was aked about the 60 ft. outside radius and he said he would ask <br />his Engineer to erLlarge it to meet requirements. Discussion follotiued <br />_ pertaining to outside area; width of street; ease of accessibility <br />and traffic flow.
