Building Department <br />(a) Old Requests <br />(1) Gibson two story office builaing ?- ?rorain and Bailey: <br />Nkr. Gundy presented site plan. Mr. Prokasy suggested Planning <br />Commission act on Item V(a), Mr. Tischler moved to consider I- <br />? tem V(a) on agenda prior to Item IIT;(a) (1). Nir. Roberts se- <br />conded and motion passed. Mr. Gibson came before the Commis- <br />sion. Plans are for 99.89 front feet. Ruling from Law Direc- <br />tor Gareau was read - this is proper application. Nr. Elliott <br />moved to approve Gibson subdivision. Mr. Tischler seconded and <br />motion passed. <br />(8:20 pom.) Mr. Freeh is now present <br />iite plans for the Gibson two story office building were examin- <br />ed. Nir. Gundy explained same. Portion of May 13 minutes were <br />reread as they pertain to this Itemo Changes as requested are <br />being met in plans presented this evening. N1r. Tisehler men- <br />tioned Nlr. Rafeld, at previous meeting, was concerned with light- <br />ing interference with neighbors. The Illuminating Co. has de- <br />signed non-interfering lighting. Lighting is to be directed to- <br />ward the building and parking area. Yx. Roberts moved to accept <br />plan as submitted including lighting plan. Mr. FSreeh seconded <br />and motion passed. <br />(2) Waldo 's Nursery - 23460 Lorai.n Rd. <br />Item was resubmitted by Mr. Gundy. Portion of April 22 minutes <br />as pertains to this Ttem was reread. Mr. Gundy Pxplained the <br />new plans. Mr. Waldo was prese-gr?d'a?ld ey,p3!BiIAd7:t-ruck' outlet. Mr. <br />Christoff, a neighbor, was also present and said unloading dock <br />? is unpaved. Discussion was held regarding height of building, <br />driveway and zoning lines.
