<br />C'ity of North 02msted <br />' ?i?ANNING COMMISSION <br />October 14, 1975 <br />I. Roll Call <br />Chaixman Prokasy called the meeting to order at 8:05 pom. Presents <br />Chairman Prokasy, Secretary Eian, Messrs. Roberts, Freeh and Tischler. <br />Also Frssent: Assistant City Engineer McDermott, Law Director Gareau, <br />and Recording Secretary Hodgins. <br />II: Revieta and Correction of Minutes <br />Mr. Tischler moved minutes of September 9, 1975 meeting be accepted as <br />presented. Mr. Freeh seconded and motion passed unanimouslys <br />Chairman Prokas,y announced Item V(c) is to be delayed until Nov. 11. <br />14r. Roberts moved to delete Item V(c) from agenda of tonight's meeting. <br />Pfir. Freeh seconded and motion passed unanimously. <br />III. Building Department Requests - No Items <br />IV. Old Business - No Items <br />V. New Developments and Subdivisions <br />(a) Pelech Subdivision (Z^+aldo Vursery Site) - North side of Lorain, <br />west of Clague - Combining 3 lotso <br />.Present before the Commission were Mr. Waldo, Mra Christoff and Council- <br />man Saringer. Maps and plan were distributed by Engineer McDermott. It <br />was stated this is combining of three lots and plan meets the zoning code. <br />Mr. Tischler moved to approve Pelech Subdivision. Mr. Roberts seconded <br />the motion. During discussion Mr. Christoff asked about location of <br />buildings. He also asked to see complete plans with all dimensions when <br />ready. Roll Call on the motion: A11 present voted aye. Motion passed. <br />(b) Quality Concrete Subdivision - Last side of Martin Drive, north <br />of Jenkins Rd. - 2 sublots. <br />Zocation map and plats were distributed by Engineer McDermott. <br />Subdivision does conform both in area and frontage in B zoning. <br />Both lots are in excess of 70 ft. Mr. Freeh moved to approve <br />Quality Concrete Subdivision as requested. 'Mrs. Eian seconded <br />and motion passed unanimously. <br />(d) Cellars Subdivision - North side Gessner Road, east of Walter Road <br />- 2 sublots. <br />Mro McDermott explained plan is to break one lot into two sub lots <br />in C zoned area where 60 ft. frontage is required. Proposed lots <br />will have 70 and 80 ft. frontage. Shed on one lot will be remov- <br />IZecycled Bond - One ekep to eave our environment
