Present: Chairman ?rokasy, Secretary Eian and <br />Messrso Roberts, Rafeld and Evanoff. <br />Also present: Building Commissioner Gundy, I,aw Director Gareau and <br />Assistant City Engineer McDermott and Mrs. xodgins, <br />Recording Secretary, and Councilman Saringere <br />Review and Correction of Minutes <br />Mr. McDermott corrected first paragraph on Page 2 from 7.36 fto to <br />7.50 ft. Mr. Rafeld corrected his motion on first page to read park- <br />ing 'tsgacelt instead of parking lot. <br />Mr. Roberts moved to anprove minutes as correctedm Mr. RafeZd secorr3ed <br />and motion passed. <br />Building Department Requests <br />(a) Old Business <br />Resubmission of Marjak Development was presented by Mr. Gundy with <br />all points clarifieda Developer is seeking approval so they may <br />continue with planso Representing the developer Viere Marshall Brown <br />and architect Dick Mangello. Drive is held in common by agreement. <br />Law Director Gareau said evidence of agreement should.be r.ecorded <br />documenting common ground of the two developments, but the record= <br />ing of SuCh document need not hold up the project. The architect, <br />Mr. Mangello, said he woulu, provide evidence of such agreemente Pre- <br />sent driveway is about 5 ft. west of common propert,y line. There <br />exists at present a traffic problem with the driveway. Carl Pfaff <br />4635 Fleharty spoke at this time. He was told 4 ft. chain link <br />fence is to be continued along the rear. Mr. McDermott said there <br />is 9 ft. difference in elevation according to a registered survey <br />between Hudson gas station and proposal. The Engineering Depart- <br />ment is to establish grade levels. Mro Pfaff also spoke of main- <br />tenance of the property and of utility easements on the property.. <br />Unloading area was discussEd. IAro Rafeld moved that plan for de- <br />velopment of the Brown Property be approved with the following two <br />items -(1) additional evidence of common drive and (2) meet 50 ft. • <br />loading space code (1214.02)o Motion was seconded by Mr. Roberts <br />and passed unanimously. <br />IV. <br />Old Business - No Items <br />Recyoled Bond - One etep to save our envixunment
