Plat of Dedieation of Great Northern Blvd. <br />Mr. Saul Biskindt representing North Park Shopping Mart, asked <br />for plat dedication of Great Northern Blvd. extending from Kennedy Ridge <br />to boundary of Great Northern Shopping Center. This was approved by the <br />CO1TiII11SSlOI3s <br />Item 2. Suburbanite Homes, Inc., sanitary sewer plans. <br />Mr. Norman Morley, lawyer representing Mr. Engoglia of Suburbanite <br />Homes, Inc., discussed getting sanitary sewer plans approved on Terrace <br />Drive (off MacKenzie)o <br />He submitted three dit'ferent plans: <br />1. Lines going dovm side of streete <br />2. Lines going down middle of streets <br />3. Lin.es going across lawns. (With easement) <br />This sewer would run into a sewer package plant located in <br />Olmsted Township. This package plan°t has been approved by the county. <br />Problems are: <br />l0 1rTho will service the sewer line? <br />2. Revenue <br />3m If sewer lines were to eventually tie into North Olmsted <br />sewer, the flota would be in the wrong direction. <br />The sanitary sewer plans were left for commissionts reply. Answer <br />is scheduled for November 25, 1958- AZr. Morley will contact NIro Sipe for <br />a possible earlier answer. <br />Item 3. Annexation <br />, <br />TYae annexing of part of Olmsted Township was discussed. There <br />will be a special meeting called at a futta.re date with council' a school <br />board member and a State Regioizal Planning Commission membero <br />Item 4. Whitethorn Ave. NLr. Kanareff, City Engineer. <br />Ave. <br />Problema Eatablishing a uniform width (60 feet) for Whitethorn <br />Involved are: <br />Southwestern Savings and Loan <br />Standard Oil Conpan,y <br />Two smaller private properties.
