Minutes of Meeting Planning Commission of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio December 9, 1958. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sipe at 8:00 P.M. Roll call was taken. Presento Mayor Gareau, Mr. Sipe, Mr. Barnes, Building Inspector Gundy• Absent: Mr. Taylor, Mr. Grumney. Minutes of the meeting of November 25th were read. Motion f or approval made by Mayor Gareau, seconded by M'r. Barnes, approved by commission. Item 1. William Pate of West Park Home Builders, subrnitted plat number 4 for the vJest side of Evergreen Drive. Lot number 65 has inaufficient back yard.depth (only 421 deep}e Lot number 60 has insufficient set-back. Mr. Barnes recommended that changes be made and plat turned over to the city engineer for his approval before resubmitting it to the planning commission. Item 2. Mr. Hoislbauer of Beverly Hi11s Development resubrnitted a plat of his development. (Refer to Item l, of Nov.25th minutes) Block A is reserved f or a swimming pool, country club and playground. His intention is to deed this recreational area over to the property owners in the development. Access to the recreational area will be the 30 foot parcel which the school board purchased from him. He has a recorded easement f or this. The turn-around on plat should have green shading showing that it is to be dedicated. This is necessary, because in the event that the rear property is aold, or developing stopped, the city would have a street without a turn-around. When the time comes to develop the rest of the road then the turn-around can be taken out and property resubdivided. The culvert which is to be covered will be a steel culvert. Mr. Barnes made a motion to approve the plat (subject to green shading of turn-around), Mayor Gareau seconded the motion. Rol1 ca1.1 was taken. Mayor Gareau, Mr. Sipe and Mr. Barnes approve. . Item 3. Mr. Engoglia and Mro Morley of Suburbanite Homes, Inc. Mr. Morley resubmitted his Suburbanite Homes, Inc. plat. for approval of sanitary sewer plans. (Refer to Nov. llth and Nov. 25th minutes.)' In answer to the question of location of sewer line on Terrace Drive, Mr. Kanareff atated that the center of the street would be best as opposed to tree lawn. The city could then use the tree lawn for th:e city sewer. He has approved the mechanics of the plan. The proposed layout of the allotment shows that the sewer lines f low north (downgrade) to Terrace Drive. According to Mr. Morley the only 13ne that would have to be changed to f low into our sewers would be the Terrace
