Gundy, Building Commissioner <br />The minutes of the regular meeting of March 7, 1961, were approved as written. <br />le Appellant: Georqe M. Prok - 28601 Holly Drive <br />North Olmsted, Ohio <br />The appeliant requested a 4-foot variance in the back yard footage required by <br />the building code in order to enclose an existing concrete back patio, which <br />would make the back yard 46 feet. <br />The appellant present written approval from the following neighborsa <br />Robert Sullivan - 28629 Holiy Drive <br />Jack McKay - 28600 Aspen Dr i ve <br />Nicholas Melcher - 28628 Aspen Drive <br />Ed Mandley - 28575 Holly Urive <br />Qt was moved by Mr. Plorgan and seconded by Mr. Greene that the variance be <br />granted. The motion was unanimously approved. <br />2. Appellant: Gerald J. Lutzke - 4500 Canterbury Road <br />North Olmsted, Ohio <br />The appellant requested permission to erect a 5-foot fence enclosing the rear yard <br />only. This is necessary because he has a retarded child. The appellant did not ' <br />have written approval of the neighbors but said there were no objections. <br />It was moved by Mr, hiorgan and seconded by Mr. Greene that the variance be granted <br />on the condition fihat the adjacent neighbors submit wrttten approval. The motion <br />was unanimously approved. <br />3. Appellant: Tully Lapidus, Practical Construction Company - 6505 Ridge Road <br />Cleveland 29, Ohio <br />The appeTlant requested permission to build developrnent homes in Otmsted Colony <br />on Spruce, Nlagnolia, and Elder Drives with a minor reduction of the total side <br />yard footage.
