OF NORTH OLTfi,STED - APRIL 249 1962 <br />The meeting was called to order at 8:10 P.M. by Vice-chairman.blacs. <br />The minutes oi the previous-,:meeting were read by NIr. LaPonza and approved. <br />Present: Leslie B. Pflacs, Anthony T. LaPonza, Joseph P. Kadylak, Donald T.Ford, <br />Thomas Stack, and Ballard W. Vincent. <br />Absent: Richaxd C. Mongello. <br />Also present: 91ex I{anareff, City Engineer; George Schaa.f, Solicitor. <br />LIBBY-LEE SUBDIVISION N0. 1 <br />Mr. Fisher preaented to the Commission the plat of this subdivision showing the CEI <br />easement. <br />LIBBY-LEE SUIiDIVISION N0. 2 <br />In this subdivision it is the intention of Libby-Lee to leave Sublot 16 open for a <br />possible future street opening for the Church, and if not so used, will deed this <br />lot to the City of North Olmsted for their use. <br />MATTIE4IS <br />Mr. Mathews re-presented his plans for the area at the intersection of Brookpark and <br />Lorain Roads next to Gas Town. He tiras advised tiiat he would have to present to?the <br />Commission a more definite plan of what he is proposing for this area. It was sug- <br />gested that 14r, Nlathe.as wait until after the public hearing and see what the results <br />of the proposed rezoning would be. Mr. Mathews' plans were returned to him. <br />KADAR REaLTY C0. - KADA.R .APARTI4ENT DEVELOP14ENT <br />This area consists of 31 acres plus or minus located North of the commercial zoning <br />starting at Walter Road North of Lorain and extending to the la,nd located at 24000 <br />Lorain Roadg 1600 feet altogether. They are requesting an additional 1100 feet of <br />rezonirg for apartment usem This development will consist of 18 units per acre or <br />a total of 552 units. The plan showed an easement for storm sewer purposes. It <br />was moved by NLr. Kadylak9 seconded by NIr. 14acs, to form a committee to check this <br />area out with the City Engineer as to sanitatioii problems, etc. YEAS Kadylak, <br />Macst Vincent, LaPonzay Ford, Stack. A committee was formed made up of Mr. Nlacs, <br />Mr. Radylak, Mr. LaPonza, Mr. Vincent, and Mr. Stack to neet Saturday morning at <br />10:00 k.M. The commission.kept two maps. <br />MADOW SUBDIVISION N0. 2 <br />Mr. Earl Linden was present at the meeting to present this subdivision. The committee <br />will also check out this area consisting of 58 sublots. <br />DEERFIELD ESTiiTES SUBDIVISION <br />lhe improvement drawings for Deerfield Estates were presented to the Commission.
