? <br />'fhese minutps are iiot offiicial until approved at Planning Commission Meeting of May 8, 1962, <br />MINU1"ES OE A MEET!NG OF 7HE PLANNING COMMiSS00N <br />GVTY OF NOR7H OLMSTED - APRIL 17, 1962 <br />The meeting was called to order at 8:10 P.M. by Vice-chairman Maas. <br />The minutes of the prevlous meeting were read by Mr. LaPonza and approved. <br />Present: Leslie B., Macs,:Anthony T. LaPnnza, Joseph P. Kadylak, Dona1d T. F'ord, Thomas <br />Stack, and Baliard W. Vincent. <br />, <br />Absent: Richard Mongello ? <br />Also present: Alex Kanareff, City Engineer; George Schaaf, Director of Law. <br />LIBBY-LEE SUBDBVISEON N0, 1, <br />Mr. Fisher presented to the Commission the plat of this subdivision showing the CEI easement. <br />LIBBY-LEE SUBDSVOSION NOe 2, , <br />In this subdivision it is the intention of Libby-Lee to leave Sub=1ot 16 open for a possible <br />futu,re street opening for the Church, and if not so used, will deo-d this lot to the City of <br />North Olmsted for their usea . <br />AATH EWS <br />Mr. Mathews re-presented h1s plans for the area at the intersection of Brookpark and Lorain <br />Roads next to Gas Town.. He was advised that he would have to present to the Commission a <br />more definite plan of what he is proposing for this area. It was suggested that Mr. Mathews <br />wait until after the public hearing and see what the results of the proposed rezoning would <br />be. Mr. Mathews' plans were returned to him. KADAR REALTY C0. - KADAR APARTMENT DEVELOPMENT. <br /> <br />This area consists of 3,1 acres plus or minus located North of the commercial zoning starting <br />at Walter Road North of Lorain and extending to the land located at 24000 Lorain Road, 1600 <br />feet altogethero 1'hey are requestin.g an.additional 1100 feet of rezoning for apartment use. <br />This development will consist of 18 units per acre or a total of 552 units. The plan.showed <br />an easement for storm sewer purposes. It was moved by Mr. Kadylak, seconded by Mr. Macs, to <br />form a committee to check this area out with the Gity Engineer as to sanitation problems, etc. <br />YEAS Kadylak, Macs, Vincent, LaPonza, Ford, Stack. A committee•was formed made up of Mr, <br />Macs, Mr. Kadylak., Mr. LaPonza9 Mr. Vincent, and Mr. Stack to meet Saturday morning at 10:00 <br />A.M. The commission kept two maps, MADOW SUBDBVISlON NOo 2, <br /> <br />? <br />Mr. Earl Linden was present at the meeting to present this subdivision. The committee will <br />also check out this area consisting of 58 sublots. IEERFIELD ESTATES SUBNVIS90N <br /> <br />The improvement drawings for Deerfield Estates were presented to the Commission. It was <br />moved by Mr. Stack, seconded by Mr. Macs, to hold t'hese improvement drawings in abeyance <br />for further study by a committee.
