<br />Mr. Don Smith, of Andrew Burins officeg and Mro Frank Moss, attorney representing Rzepka
<br />construction Co. came before the commission with a proposal for a proposed apartment con-
<br />sistirig of 160 suites, 80 one bedroom and 80 two bedroom suites, locwted on Lorain in the
<br />area of West 237th Street, th2 total land area being 9.04 acres. It was moved by I,1.r.
