Vincent, Leslie B. Ma.cs, Anthony T_. LaPonza, <br />Richard Mongello, and DonaTd T. Fora. <br />Absent: Joseph P. Kadylak arid Thomas- Stack. - - Also present: George Schaaf, Solicitor; I,loyel. E. Barnes, Servzce Director9 <br />Alex Kanareff, City Engineer; James T. Wilson, Safety Director; <br />Henry Caster and A].ex Mangani, Council:men; Ernest J. Gundy, <br />Bui],ding Commissioner; and Carl Andreano, Engineer. <br />The minutes of the Ix evious meeting were read and approved as read. <br />DOVER CENTER ROAD EASEPENTS - <br />Mr. Lloyd Barnes, Service Director, presented to the Commission a p1ot plan <br />of t h e Eas t e r l y s i d e o f Do v e r C e n t e r R oad showin g the 10 foot strip deeded <br />to the CitZT and the names'of all of those people who deea said 10 foot <br />strip to the City from the 70 foot area of right of way in North Olmsted <br />near Lorain Road to the IVdestlake City Limitss to be accepted by the Plan- <br />ning Comniissione It was moved by Nir. Ford, seconded by NIr. LaPonza, that <br />the p1.ot be accepted by the Planning Commission as presented by Mr. Barnes. <br />YEAS Ford, LaPonzae Niacsa Vincent, Mongelloe <br />PARK HAVEN <br />Mr. Harry Steiger presented to the Commission a plan for a 210 suite <br />apartment Gevelopment located on the Southwest corner of Columbia and <br />Brookpark Rce ds wi.th an entrance from Columbia Road o This a.r'ea conFists <br />of approximately 12 acres and would include 81 one-bedroom suitesaand 129 <br />two-bedroom suites e It wou].d be a circular building.with a court in the <br />mia_dle ?niith an area of 4 acres. It was moved by Mr. LaPonza, seconc'ed by <br />Mr. Fo rd, to put this into cornmittee for further stucly s The committee will <br />meet Saturday morning at 10:00. YEAS LaPonza, Ford, Nsongello, Macs, <br />Vincent. <br />FRED ANTOON <br />Mr. Antoon came before the commission witlz a request for the rezoning of <br />approximately 1&cre of lana loeatecl on Lorain Road about the second <br />property from Stearns, formerly the Carlton property. Discussion ensued <br />relative tothis proposal ana it Uras moved by Mre Macs, seconded by Mr. <br />For a' to recoramend to Council the rezonirlg of Permanent Parcel. Nos e 234- <br />20-11 234-20-36 and 234-20-9, including part of 234-20-9 and 52 to the <br />rear property lines for commercial usageo Y'EAS blacs, Ford, LaPonza, <br />Mongello, Vineent. <br />GEORGE P EL LAh <br />Mr. Bellan presented the Commission with a drawing showing 7 buil.dings con- <br />sistzng of 56 suites for approval of the Coramission on the street layout <br />only showing a 50 foot dedicated street.
