P <br />as read. ' <br />Present: BalTard W. Vincent, Leslie B. Macs, Richard hbngello, Thomes Stack, <br />Donald Ford, and Anthony T. LaPonza. : <br />y . <br />Absent: Joseph P. Kadylak. <br />Also Present: George Schaaf, Solicitor; James T. Wilson, Safety Director; and <br />Carl Andreano, Engineer: , <br />GEORGE BELLAN <br />0 <br />Mr. Bellan prdsented to the Commission a plot plan showing the sidewalk immediately <br />adJacent to the 50 foot right-of-way es requested and stated that they had been <br />before the Zoning Board of Appeals end hed received the variances for the build- ? <br />ings they required. It wes moved by Mr. Macs, seconded by Mr. LaPonza, to approve- <br />the preliminary plan as presented showing the dedicetion and reservation.for <br />street purposes of the 5 roeds if ever used. YEAS: Macs, LaPonZe, Ford, Stack,. <br />Mongello, Vincent. <br />ROSE TREE SUBDIVISION N0. 3. <br />Mr. Carl Andrt6no presented plans for Rose Tree Subdivision No. 3 consisting of <br />24 lots. Discussion ensued celative to this proposed subd.iv'.sirn and it wes <br />moved by Mr. LaPonza, seconded by Mr. Macs, to approve this plan with the pro- <br />vision that the'extra 37 feet shown on the map as being vacant be included and <br />added to the area of sublots 19, 20, 21 and 22. YEAS: Macs, LaPonza, Ford, <br />Stack, Mongello, Vincent. • <br />Improvement plans were presented for Rose Tree Subdivision No. 3 and it was moved <br />by Mr. P9ongello, seconded by Mr. LaPorrza, to epprove these contingent upon written <br />approval by thb Clty Engineer to the Planning Commission. YEAS:, Mongello, LaPonza, <br />Macs, Ford, Stack, Vincent. <br />NORTH PARK ESTATES SUBDIVISION N0. 1- C. 0._FISHER ° <br />Plans were presented by Mr. Andreano for a proposed subdivision located off Martin <br />Drive including 93 sublots. Discussion ensued re.lative to this proposed subdivision <br />and it was moved by Mr. Ford, seconded by Mr. LaPonaa, to accept this subdivision <br />as presented showing temporary T-type turnarounds at the ends of Wisteria Drive, <br />Gardenia Drive-; and Aaalea Lane. YEAS: Mongello, LaPonza, Macs, Ford, Stack, <br />Vincent. Plans were presented for a treatment plant to accomodate-this subdivision when <br />completed which would comprise about 195 sublots. The plans were drawn up <br />according to the State Board of Health requirements. It was moved by Mr. Mongello, <br />seconded by Mr. LaPonza, that these plans be approved as presented, contingent
