Thomas Staekm - <br />Also Presente Geo-rge Schaaf, Solicitor; Alex Kanareff, City Engineer; <br />Carl Andreano, Engineer; A1:ex Mangani, Councilman. <br />The minutes of the p-revious meeting were read and approved as read. <br />DEERFIELD ESTATES SUBD NISION N0. 3 <br />Mr. Andreano re-presented the plans Uvhich had been approved on a prelim- <br />inary basis for approval by the Commission. It was mavecl by Nlr. Ford, <br />seconded by N7r. LaPonza, to approve this proposal conditional upon there <br />being shown on the pl'at a 20 foot easement, being the former Sweisthal <br />property, extending from Gessner Road through to Sublot 5 in the sub- <br />civision, and that a sidewalk easenent be approved and proviGed along the <br />North line of Sublot ,?I,, and a sic±ewalk and d.iteh easement of 25 t minimum <br />width fr m Gessner Road to th.e North line of Subiot a_1so that a side- <br />walk be constructed along the NOrth line of Sublot 71r`4 frora -Woodmere to - <br />the 401 sidewalk easement in Rosetree Subdivision #13, and contingent upon <br />approval in wti:tang by the Citp Engineer. Ford, to a-cprove this pro- <br />posed subdivisa.on conditional upon the 2$.20 feet servicing sublot No._ 11 <br />to be used exclusively for a dtiveway for use by the existing house only <br />until such time as improverrlents have been made on Ivi'oodview anct then this <br />driveway would be conveyeci to the adjoining property ovmer, James and <br />Ketherene Davidson, and prohibiting the use of this 20 fo.ot roadway for <br />trucks to serve the subdivision construction, YEAS Nlacs, Ford, LaPonza, <br />Vincent' Mongelloo <br />Zmprovement plans were presentea for this proposecl subciivision. Discus- <br />sion ensueci and it was moved by N1r. IaPonza, seconded by N1rm Macs, that <br />these pl.ans be approved conditional upon a written approval by the Ci$y <br />Engineer. YEAS Macs, I,aPonza, Ford, Mongello, Vincent. <br />Improvement plans were submitted for Deerfield Estates Subdivision No. 3. <br />Discussion ensued ano it vaas moved by Mr. F'ord, seconded by Mr. LaPonza, <br />to approve tYiese plans conditional upon the submission of written <br />approval by the City Engineer.
