(Vio].ation of Ghapter 1161, Sub- <br />Chapter 1-1161.01, page 41). <br />Appella.nt adv3.sed that clue to surveyor's error, variance is reqa.ested because <br />concrete slab foundation ha.s already beeii poured, basement plumbing has been <br />installed; relocation of foundation would cause considerable expense and would <br />not material.ly cha,nge tho appearance of location of house. <br />Mr. Morrisoe, purchaser of home on S/L #35 wants the home located -vrithout need <br />of variances. He wants the home as was contracted. <br />Purchaser of S/L 36 ancl neighbors Andos, 23967 Delmere, and Arnold, 23951 Del- <br />mere, also objeci:ed to arjy variances being granted. <br />Mr. Greene moved that on the basis of the property owner himself objecting to <br />a request for a variance, appeal be denied.
