Olmsted, 09 (Violation of Chapter 1161, <br />Sub-Chapter 1161001, page 41m See Ttem 1, 4/7/64 Meeting). <br />Appellant advised that Mr. W. Morrisroe, home owner, had becn contacted and <br />hardshir explained and tha.t he is now ac-reeable to the va-riance. Appellant <br />a].so advised that neighbor E. Op-remcak, S/L #36, also t,ras agreeable, altho <br />Ccuncilwoman Hodgins advised Mr. Opremcak had talked to her and that he T+aas <br />only lukewarm about the varianceo <br />Mr. Greene moved t hat the variance be granted upon condition that a letter <br />showi.ng no objection be forwarded to the Building Depto by iyLc. W. Morrisroe. <br />Iviotion seconded by 14rs. Eian and unanimously approveda <br />2m Appel.lanta 1vU°. Char?es B. Logan, 2Z;.L1._5 Vincent Dr., N. Olmstecl, Qe <br />Mr. Logan present. <br />Reference; 10Q461 back yard variance. Proposed a'utached garage wiJ1 ex- <br />tend 141 beyond the rear of home, thus not providing the <br />necessary Y1ack yard footiage as required under Chapter 1163, <br />Sub-Chapter 1163,01, 1'age 42. <br />Appellant's measurement of 10*46' u-as at the shortest distance, not the mean <br />distance. The mean would be only about a f oot. 1lir. Paul Barenok' 24096 LeBern, <br />? neighbor in rear of appellant, had no objection to appellant1s requ.est, <br />iArs.
