He would have to build a smaller, cheaper home if variance <br />is not granted. <br />Councilman JohnWest submitted a statement that he is definitely opposed to <br />th.e granting of the variance and recvmmended that request be disapproved. <br />Neighbors bresent and strcngly opposing request were: <br />Roger Loclchart 5519 Decker - who presented a petition signed by other <br />neighbors opposing granting of variance. <br />Mr. Dunhaar! 5451 So Porter <br />Mre Millhouse 5508 S. Co,, present at meeting and an appelJ.ant <br />for building another home in this area, did not agree with neighbors and so <br />stated. <br />IVIr. Klini.te moved that request be denied, motion seconded by Mrs. 1+sian, approved <br />by r7r. Byers. Messrs. Greene and Smith abstained from votingo Variance denied,
