i_ <br />)" a <br />These minutes are not official until approved at Planning Comniission Meeting of October 13, <br />964. <br />MINUTES OF A MEFTING OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED - SEPTENIBER 22, 1964 <br />The meeting was called to order at 8:08 P.M. by Chairman Macs. <br />The minutes of the previous meeting were read by secretary LaPonza and approved as read. <br />Present: Chafrman Les1iE B. Macs, Vice-Chafrman Donald T. Ford, Secretary Anthony T. LaPonza, <br />and members Ballard W. Vincent, Joseph P. Kadylak and James Prokasy. <br />Als,o Present: Ernest J. Gundy, Building Commissioner, <br />CORRESPONDENCE <br />A copmunication was read from Mrs. Hodgins suggesting a road between Canterbury and Dovsr <br />Roads connecting these two roads to service the new school proposed for that area. A committee <br />was formed to study this proposal with Mr. Ford as chairman, <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />outhern Avenue Resubdivision ----- Upon a report of the City Engineer, it was the opinion <br />the committee that this proposal should be approved. <br />'Lake City Land Company ------Upon the report of the City Engineer, it was the feeling of the <br />'committee that this should be further reviewed as it was reported that this should be beyon d <br />280 feet and is shown as 250 feet, <br />Extension of Great Northern Boulevard and Clareshire Drive ------ No action will be taken at <br />this time because i,t is still under review by the City Law Director. <br />Rolling Acres Subdivision ------ No action can be taken at this time because it is under <br />review by the Mayor. <br />State 12qute 252 relocation proposed ------It was stated in the report of the City Engineer <br />thaf this is favorable by Council. <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br />LAKE CITY LAND COMPANY <br />MV.,-Burin, Mr. Sands and Mr. Lombardo were present before the Commission in rEgard to this <br />proposed spbdivision. Discussion ensued relative to this proposal and the developers were <br />advised of the Engineer's report and the recommendation of the committee on this matter. • <br />, Ma¢s also reported that Mr. Spillburg of the State Highway Department reported to him <br />at the state had purchased the Rich parcel. It was then moved by Mr. Prokasy, seconded <br />Mr. LaPonza, to hold any action on this in abeyance until there is a ruling from the <br />ty Engineer and the Law Director.
