'Members present; Messrs, Kli.,nite, Greene and Byers., and Mrs. Eian. Mirna.tes of the July 7, 1965, meeting, were accepted with the following change a Page 29 Line 1: "t11r. Verdone said a sign in the shape of an ice cream cone wi.th star is already installed. Request is to illurrLi.nate the star portion of sign with bulbs of white with circle of red bulbs within the star". Z. Appellant: Deerpath Development Co., 19780 So. Sagamore Rd.' Fairview Park, 0. Ref: Request for variance (1133.13) to erect a subdivision development sign on Brookpark Rd., approximate].y 800 feet west oi G1.ague, on the north side of street. Request is i.n violation of Section 1225a01 (C) Sub 2, which requires subdivision development signs to be on the development property, within 500 feet of the developinent. Request was originally scheduled fbr July 79 1965, but as no one appeared at that meeting to represent the company, hearing ifas postponed until this meeting. Nir. R. E. Clingman was presen-t. He explained homes would be on extension of W. 237, be- tween Reed and Elm. There are 38 wooded homesites, As there is no direct route to development at this time, sign is needed to advertise and show direction to tY'B homes (via Grace or Columbia). Sign -vi11 be 8x7, of plyidood. Mr. Mlacs of Clague Rd. comnen-ted that these homes will upgrade area and he thought appellant should have permission to have sign. NIr. Byers moved to grant the variance. Secona by Ifir. Greene. Vote was Unanimous. 2. Appellant: .E1rby's, Inco, 220 W.
