DEERI'r4TI-i ES'1'ATES SUBDTVISION N0. 4 Mr. Clingman and Nr. Saylor were present before the Commission in regard to this proposed subdivision. A rePort of the commit-tee rec- ommended that both sides of Llm P.oad be paved to the Varady Subdivi- sion. The commission was advised that if Bloclc B was developed suU- lots 23 and 29 would be used for future street openinbs. Discussion ensued relative to this proposed subdivision and it was moved by NIr. Spalcling, seconded by I4r. Fabelc, to accept this proposed subdivision as sta-Led by the committee repor-t Eahich was to pave both sides of Elm Road from West 237tr Street proPosed to the 14esterly line of. B1ock A, and to include the reservation of sublots 23 and 29 f or future access to B1ock B. YrAS Spalding, Fabek, Ford, LaPonza, Nlusial, Prokasy Esgar. SANDY RIDGL SUBDIVISION Mr. Kanareff and Mr. DiBenedetto presented the linen for this proposed subclivision to the Commission for apnroval. It was reported by the City Engineer that the linen met with his approval. 'The linen showed a sidex?,7a1k easement reserving 5 feet on st?blot s 10 and 11 and showing a temporary turn-around on Leenders Lane. Di'scussion ensued relative to this proposal and it was moved by Mrm Musial, seconded by Ivir. Esgar, to accept this proposal as presented, conc3itioned upon the f_act that before any building permits were issued that another access be provided continuing Duane i:oad to Canterbury Road. Discussion ensued between the City Engineer, Mr. Kanareff, the LaTa Director and the Commission. The City Engineer stated he tvould approve these plans and it was moved by N1r.
