Prokasy at 8:13 o'clock p.m. with the following members present; <br />James A. Prokasy, Chairman; Jack Esgar, Acting Secretary; and N1em- <br />bers, Anthony T. LaPonza, Donald T, Ford, Iv'orman T. Musiale <br />Motion was made by Chairman Prokasy and seconded by Mro La <br />Ponza to excuse Members Sgalding and Fabek. Ro11 call on the motion <br />' was had; yeas, Musial, LaPonza, Prokasy, Ford and Esgar. <br />Also Present: Richard Labas, City Engineer; ,7ean Gerlachy <br />West Life; Mr. Raymond Dykes, North Olmsted resident; Mr. Raymond <br />Frangella, Postmaster; Mr. Robert J. Shoup, Attorney for Medical <br />Realty Inc., Mr. William Koster, Architect for Medical Realty Inc. <br />II MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF MARCH 22, 1966 WERE CORRECTEP AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />On Page 4 under Paragraph Ii1, Subsection A, B and C, to <br />? include the names of Mrs. Srail, Ken Yarus and Phillip <br />Engoglia Subdivision #2. <br />Under Paragraph VI, Subsections A,B, and C to include the <br />names Sign Ordinance, Underground Utilities and Law Direcm <br />tor - Zoning Changes. <br />III OLD BUSINESS <br />(a) Northern Land Developers <br />Moti.on was made by Chairman Prokasy that this remain in <br />,cpmmittee and a letter sent to Council requesting a 30- <br />day exteAtion; seconded by Mr. Ford. Motion put to a vote9 <br />yeas, Musial, LaPonza, Prokasy, Ford and Esgar. <br />(b) Ken Yarus <br />Mr. LaPonza indicated that, after checking raith Regional <br />Planning Commission on this subject it was found that the <br />I-80 has been journalized but nothing else has been done, <br />It was the feeling of Regional Planning to withhold action <br />on rezoning until the outcome is see.on I-80. <br />Mr. F ord pointed out additionally there was a request of
