Appellan.t: Henry A. Anderson, 4625 Garsten Lane. Request for variance to <br />erect a 5' fence arouncl reax yard. <br />Request is in violation of Ordinance #62-33, :ection 115I.04, <br />fence not to exceec3 41 in hei.ght. <br />Present: Mr. Anderson <br />Mr. Anderson exple.ined that he hss two. champion dobeamans and.that he feels that <br />for the protection of both the.dogs.and neighbors, a 51 fence is necesaaxy. Mr. Rristoff comglained <br />of the present traffic probl'em9 stating that he is unable.to even get out of hi.s <br />driveway and that apartments is this Iocation would only add to the coniestion. <br />The problem of no outZet onto Lora3n Road was discussed. Mr. Mason voiced his <br />objections to facing.gar2ges and parking areas in addition to the ex3sting traffic <br />problem. It 'was explained that 94 suites could be built without a variance and <br />that the Board was asked only to ruYe on the additional -IO suites,requested. Mr. <br />Ma.son suggested that the Iimitation of 94 su3tes be with-held. Mr.o Nelson moved <br />that the variance be denied; seconded by Mrs. Eian and passed. <br />3. Appellantr Charles Benns.
