Request for variance of 151 on each of <br />three lots as fbllows: s/L 69; 24979 Doe Drive <br />S/L 521 24980 Doe Drive <br />SA 100 ? 24926 Do e Drive <br />Request is in violation of Ordinance rrh2-33? Secta_on <br />1163.0I which requires a 501 rea.r yard. <br />Present: Mr. Sandler representing the Orlean Co., Mr. Gallagher, Mr. Galin, <br />Mr. Nikel, Mr, and Mrs. Adams <br />Mr. Sandler presentecJ plans for house that the Orlean Co. hopes to construct <br />on each of the three lots in question. Because of the attached garage and size <br />of home, variances wouTd be necessasy to proceed. Neighbors discussed distance <br />from the street for building setbaclt and the fact that variances had been granted <br />on street in rear making these homes closer to the rea.r Iot line. It was agreed <br />that a lesser rear yard variance combined -?-Ith a front yard variance would be <br />preferabZe. Al1 felt that the larger homes with attached garages h*ould be assets <br />to the neighborhood. Mr. 1Velson moved to grant a 51 front yard va.riance and a <br />101 rea.r yard variance on 5/L 69 provided garages are sic7e by sicie; seconded by <br />Mrs. Eian and pa.ssed. Mr. RoUerts r.ioved to grant a 7-211 front yard variance and <br />a 7?1 rear yard variance on S/L 52 provided garages are sic7e by sid.e; seconded <br />by Mr. Byers and passed. Mrs. Eian moved to grant a 721 front yard variance and <br />a 7-1' rear yard variance on S/L 100 provided garages are side by side; seconded <br />by Mr. Roberts and Passed. <br />!.. Appellants Andrew Mondak - Request for variance on minimum front wid.th of <br />tz.ro lots on Silverclale Roa.d, North OImsted. <br />Request is in violation of Ordinance #62-33, Section 1157.01 <br />which requires that minimum width of lot in a B resiuential <br />district be 70 feet. <br />Present: Mr. Monda.k, Mr. Lake 2nd Mr. Haas <br />Mr. Mondak explained that s/L 130 2nd S/L 131 (part of parcel to be subdivided) <br />?rould have a combined frontage of 1391. A variance of 1t would be necessary <br />on one of the lots in order to conform with zoning reauirements. Neighbors had <br />no objection. Mr. Nelson moved to grant a variance of 11 on lot designated as <br />#I on plan submitted on SA 130 and 131, Silverclale Road; seconded by Mr. Roberts <br />and passed. <br />5. Appellant: Frank Chase, 4020 Ma.itin Drive. Request to erect a stora.ge shed <br />in rear ya.rd. <br />Reauest is in violation of Orclinance #62-33, Section 1125.02;.
