Reauest to build a house on Permanent <br />Parcel #231-17-7 Columbia Road wi'uh ati;ached garage too cloae <br />to the sideline. <br />Reeuest is in violation of Ordina.nce #b2-331 Section I161.0I, <br />the sum of' the th*o sides shall be not less than 151 with the <br />minimtun -width of one side not less than 51, <br />Present: Mr. Lapsavich, Mr. Ciiranic (owner of lot). Mr. Wil..burn, Mr. Martin. <br />It was ex?alained that it z-rould be impossible to builc? a house with an atta.ched <br />garage of desired size tiri.tnout a variance. Neighbors present stated that they <br />had no objection. It was determined that a 39 variance was needed instead of <br />the 41 originally rec;uested. Mr. Byers n:oved to grant a 31 variance i•rith the <br />stipulation tha.t 71 be on the N. side and 5' on the S. side. Mr. Nelson seconded <br />tlze motion. The motion passed. <br />2. AppelZant: E. Purper, /?1.13 Dover Center Road. Request to erect a six foot <br />fence at rear corner property Iine. <br />Reguest is in violation o'L Ordinance n62-331 Sec tion I151.04, <br />f ence not to exceed four feet in heiglit. <br />Present: Mr. Purper <br />Because of lack of privacy and an unsightly swale at rear of Iot, Mr. Purper <br />sta.ted that he felt a fence extending 21,.1 along the back and 1_21 along the side <br />would be desirable. Neighbors offered no objections. Mr. Nelson moved to grant <br />the varianceg seconaed by Mrs. Eian and passed. <br />3. Appella_,,n.t: Richard ZrTeidokall 6556 Sutton Drive, Request to erect a. tool <br />shed at the rear of his lot. <br />Reauest is in violation of Ordinance #62-33, Section 1I25.02. <br />Present: Mr. Weiciokal <br />Mr. Weidokal explained tha.t due to windows along rear of house, the shecl could <br />not be placed there. He wants the tool shed for storage of 1_a.wnmower, etc. <br />It would be a steel structure and locwted 2501 from nearest build.inga Mrs. <br />Eian rioved to grznt the variar_ce; seconded by Mr. Byers ana passed z•rith Mr. <br />Nelson voting no. <br />4. Appellant.: Hudsoii Oi1 Co., 25559 Lorain Road. Request to erect signs in <br />excess of the permitted sq_uare footage. <br />Request is ir_ violation of Ordinance 7-7"62-33.$ Section I225,02.
