Mra Biskind requested cancellation of his request for rehearing interpretation of loaation of Buffer Strip and to erect an apartment garage on Country Club Blvd. L. Request for variance to build a home at 4316 Brendan Lane, North Olmsted, Corner Lot, 10t from Reed kvenuea, viola.tion of Section 1159.02 of Ordinance which requires minimum setback on the Street upon which the side of the house faces shall be 25ta Request for 15' varianceB MrA Vern Forthofer representing Franklin Broso and Mr. Dolan proposed new owner appeared before the Boardo also Mr. Clingman adjaaent property owner who had no objeatianm Discussion followed regarding question of safety hazard for Children attending St. Brendans Sehool. Letters received from all interested parties were all in favor of permitting this variance, Mrs. Eian made a mot?on to grant the variance, seconded by Mr. Byers. Reguest for 1314"rear yard varianeea Mrg Grady and Mro Clingman the builder presented letters from adjacent property owners, MrE Fanta and Mr. Carlin$ which stated they had no objection to garian.ce requestede Mrq Byers moved to grant variance of 13t4" rear yard varianee, seconded by Nr. Roberts. Unanimously passed.
