Gundy, Building Commissioner <br />14inutes of the January 4,1967 meeting were approved as received. <br />Mr. Greene presented correspondence reeeived regarding re-hearing of <br />appeal presented by Franklin Bros. ReaZty and denied at Dec. 7,1966 <br />meetinge For the reason of new facts and evidence this re-hearing <br />is requested. Niotion was made to permit TiIrm Franklin to refile for <br />hearing at Special Meeting to be held February 15,1967 at 7:30. <br />ls Appellant: Dale Z. Ifunderle, 5901 Fitch Road, North Olmsted, Ohio <br />R.equest to build a fence on the Street Zine with top <br />rail of fenee 36" high instead of 30" permitted by <br />Ordinance. Request is for 6" fence heigth variance. <br />nSr. Wunderle uias present. Ia1rs. Eian made a motion variance be granted, <br />seconded by PZr. Byers. Passed. <br />2o AppelZant: John Grady, 3866 Eleanor Dr., North Olmsted, Ohio <br />Request to bui7.d a house on S/Z 3 Brendan Lane, <br />having a rear yard setback of 34.65' instead of <br />501 required by Ordinance. Request for 15.35' <br />rear yard variance. <br />Mr. Towers9 Prr. Geyer and Plrs. Rohn adjacent rear yard neighbors <br />objected to permitting decs°easing the size of back yard, as it <br />woul.d infringe on their back yard grivacy. When they purchased <br />their homes they d.id so because of large back yards and felt that <br />DIr. Grady could build this home on larger lot on the Street and <br />keep erithin requirements of the codeo Question taas brought up <br />regarding possibility of later adding a patio to this homes Pqr. <br />Clingman the builder stated patio was not planned as it would be <br />located in violation to code. <br />Mr. Grady stated this was the type of home he required for his <br />family and price he could afford, he also selected this lot as it <br />was close to school. <br />Pir. Nelson moved that the variance be denied, seconded by Mrs. Eian. <br />Passedp
