CITY OF NORTH OI,r4STED - BOARD OF ZOPdING APPEALS <br />Regular Meeting held at Citp Ha1.l _ May 6, 1968 <br />The meeting was called to order at 7s30 P.M. by Chairina.n Rieha.rd. Nelson. <br />Those present: Mssrs. Nelson, Greeney Robertsy Forcel]:ini <br />Also present: Mr. Brady, Building Depa.rtment <br />The miiiutes of 4/18/68 were approved as wr3.tten. <br />1. Appellants Wi11iam Haneberg, 23406 Stoneybrook Drive. Request to erect a family <br />root addition. A two f'oot rear ya.rd variance is requested. <br />Request is in violation of Ordinance #62-33, Section 1163.01 which <br />requires a 501 rear yard. <br />Present: Mr. Ha.neberg <br />Mr. Haneberg stated that he has talked to various neighbors and that they have no <br />objectiono Mr• Greene moved to gra.n.t a 21 variance; seconded by Mr. Roberts and passed. <br />2. Anpellantt Mrs. F'redric S. Hook, 4215 BentTey Drive, Request to erect a 6t fence <br />around patio. A two foot varia.nce is reauestecl. <br />Request is in violation of Ordinance #62-331 Section I151.04 which <br />xequires that a fence not exceed 41 in height. <br />Present: Mrs. Hook, Mr. Curren <br />Mrs. Hook explained that she waMted to put the fence,up in order to have some privacy <br />for her patio. Mr. Curren objected to the ttiew of such a fence from his home across <br />the street. He aTSO stated that a neW homeowner named Elliot had not been notifieda <br />It was explained that the plat books are brought up ta date only once ePCh year. Since <br />he felt that this party might also object to the fence, Mr. Roberts moved that the case <br />be continued to the June 5th meeting; seconded by Mr. Forcel].i.ni and passed. <br />3. Appellant: J. A.lbert RobinBon, 4439 Martin Drive. Request to erect a screened-in <br />porch on rear of house. A 61 rear y'a.ra variance is requested. <br />Request is in violation of Ordinance #62-33, Section 1163.0I which <br />requires a 50, rear pard. <br />Present: Mr. Robinson <br />Mr. Robinson presented a Ietter from Angelo Monte, who resides imediately behind him, <br />stating that he has no.abjection. Mr. Forcel:lini moved to grant a 61 variance; seconded <br />by Mr. Roberts and passed, L?. Appellant: Paul V. Glaser, 24011 Fairlr3.wn Drive. Request to erect a 61 fence at <br />rear ef lot. A 21 varianee is requested. <br />Request is in violation of Ordinance #62-33, Section 1151.04, fence not <br />to exeeed 41 in height. <br />Since there wa.s no one present regarding this CBSC' Mr. R.oberts movcd to continue the <br />request until June 5th; seconded by Mro ForcelTini and passed.
