Andreano sca'ted that he is working with Mr. Karhan <br />zn chis regard, Mr. Byers moved to continue che proposal in committee for <br />additionaY study9 seconded by Mro Nelson and unanYmousYy passed, <br />(b) Brookpark Extension - Mr. Leonard stated that the committee had met on this <br />proposal and that Mr< Richards would report their concYusions, Mr, Richards <br />said that they are concerned about the al.i.gnment of the road relative to <br />church propertyo, They want verrficatio-n of the Yoc?tion, They will a1so <br />study furthur the appropriateness of mYxed use zoning in this ax°eao Mre <br />Esgar read a letter trom Carl Bohm of Regional PlannYng Commission which <br />stated that Broolcpark Road, eaztending cvesicerYy Ynto Lorain County, raas <br />incYuded in the arteria1 neteaork evaYuation of the 1990 highway system <br />and appeared as arecommended major a-r't;eriai road in the Interim Report <br />srxbmifited by Seven-Courity Transportation Larid Use Study in July 1968. <br />Mr, Leonarcl referx°ecl to a letter from Mr. SoY Shur stating that they are <br />in favor of the propusecT road and that they agree co pay for the necessary <br />improvements thereaf, , He requested a discussion into the matter. of ingress <br />and egresso Mr. Ric:hards moved to c6r?tinue tfie praposal in committee; seconded <br />by Mro Byers and unanimousYy passede <br />(c) Sandy Ridge SuIbdivision - Mr, Fabek staiced that this proposal basicaYly <br />invoYves the rearranging of 5 7laits and squa.ring off lot # 4-A> He expYained <br />that in order to square off 4,A, an easement wotxld be requirede N[r.
