' The meeting was called to Qrder by Chairman Jack Esgar at 8c00 , P.M. Those present were: Mssrs, Jack Esgar,, DonaI.d Ledvina, Kurt Ftichards, J'ames Leona.rd, Thoma.s Fabek. Not present•. Richa.rd Nelson, Fdward Byers. Also present: Mike Karhan, Aeting City agineer. . II. Ss D. C, Subciivision Mr. UTa,rren presented revised pIan showing S/L 9 anci S/L 23 as ' ".reserved for f"uture street purToses. Corxections on a11 Iot sizes were also madee He presented a letter to the City agreeing t.o , hold the sublots designated for a period of--three years as per his talk with the City Law Directar. He ftrthur stated that the owner of the strip ontv Southem:--Avenue ha.s. agreed to sell it to S. D. C. Ine. and that aII improvements wil.l be put in bg S. D. C. Without cost to the citp or adjacent owners. Mre Karhan stated , - that he is satisfied with the Droposal as it now sta.nds. Mr. . R.ichards moved to recommend to Council the approval of the S. D. C. ? Inc. S.ibdiv?ision _s.uUj ect to the deveToper's co?mifiane?t to improve ' exit into Southern, Avenue as reyuired by the City. Mr. Fabek ? seconded the motion. Ayes: Esgax; Ledti•ina, S'?.icYza.rds, Fabek, N0: Leonard. The motion passed by a4 to 1 vote. Mr. Ledvina ' ' rnoved to recommend to Council. the approval of S. D. C.
