It was pointed out that all of the <br />other fences in the neighbbrhood are conf,'osmling. Olson <br /> <br />Mr, andMrs. Olson expilained that they wish to exterad a 20, basketweave fence 61 high <br />.from t,he ed;e of their house to the garage to serve as 2priqwcy fence for their ?:atio. <br />They have a gas b iIl in this location, eat many meaZs outd.oors and have no privacy <br />whatsoever. They pointect out that the house next door is itainediately ad.ja.cen't to <br />their -house and that the patios are also adjacent., There a.re o-ther 6t fenceti in the <br />area. Another section of 6T._ 7iigh fence would shieZd the other side of the patio but <br />1,70ulcl riot be in vioZation of the building code since.it is.oger 151 from the lot Iine. <br />The 20t exteklcl.ir±g from liouse to garage would be 5t off the Iot Iine. Mr. Davis moved <br />that on the bawis that it would be difficult to c3ef.end on a hardship ba,sis, the ttariance <br />be oenied. It was sugges-ted that perhaps the case should be continued and tha.t the <br />new owner next door to the premi5es in question be notified and:-their opir!ion considered. <br />Mr. Davis retracted his motion. Mr. Lancashire rloved to continue to the next meeting; <br />seconded by Mr. Greene and unanimously Dassec?. <br />3. Appelza.nt: Louis MoTnar, 51467 BuTns Road. R.equest to erect a garage addition I8" <br />from sic?e Iot Ii.ne. R.enuest is in viola-tion of Ordina.nce #62-33, Section <br />.1151.04 -0aich recuires- that a d.etacned garage be.a minimum of 51 from <br />the Iot Iine. Joyce`ir-spected his plans and stated that she has no objections. It was pointed <br />out that if the addition was inoved ovEr the rerluired 51 from the sideline, no variance <br />wouZd be necessaxy' a.ri-d it h?ulcl be wi.thin the jurisuiction of the Board to grant a <br />special permit. The.f'lat roof of the gara¢e would be continued back. I4r. Molnax stated <br />that he T!ould be in agreement with this..
