Mr. <br />Schulz, the neighbor, explained trees and shrubs are being used as a sound <br />buffer from extreme noise problem in Snowden, drive: motor cycles, racE carg,:: <br />spray painting, racing motors. Mr. Schulz submitted petition signed by six <br />neighbors. Survey shows Snowden drive to be 10 in. on Schulz property. Mr. <br />Gundy gave review of happenings in despute since i968o Case to be heard in <br />January. Notices to a11 surrounding neighbors are to be sent. <br />? Parker Reynolds Chevrolet - Continuance of request for variance of more <br />than the 1 ft. originally granted (-1133.13) to display and park cars at <br />26890 Lorain Rd. Request is in violation of Ords 62-33 Section 1174.02 <br />which prohibits the display of inerchandise in the setback area. <br />Present: Tf1r. and Mrs. Rose, Mrs. Brown and representative from Parker <br />Reynolds Chevrolet. Witnesses were administered the oath. Diagram was <br />shown showing traffic flow, unloading) etc. Also plan for remodeling <br />in the future taas shown.
