Llliott. Mr. Ledvina seconded. Motion carried, III. Building Department Requests. (a ) Mr, CTundy introduced Tony Thomas, owner of the buildins7 -?,ihich houses hardware store and ChinesE Ftestaurant, who presented plans for en- larging the parking lot at tN'hitethorn Ave. and Lorain Rd. which is presently empt.y land. Mr. Leonard moved, seconded by iff,r. Brewer that the plan be approved. During discussion it was stated that Sun Oil Co, w ill clean up its area and that all the stores have rear entrances and a planting strip will be provided. The motion carried unanimouslyo (b) Mr. Gundy introduced i?'!r. V. NeVa Developments and S;zbdivisions (a )Mastick Voods Sutadivision Nir. Paul Sailer presented plans for chanming existinP7 lot lines on 8 residential lots on Mastick Road, requesting subdivision. These would be C1ass A private homes. Mr. .Ed Frindt spoke f'or area residents. Nr. Brewer moved rejection on basis of poor planning. Mr. Leonard second- ed the motion. TAlotion passed unanimously. ?. (b)Bauer Rezoning Plans were presented for rezoning land in the area of ?,hitethorn Ave. and Kenned,y Rid.ge Rd. from B residential to multiple re:idential.
