Roll Call <br />The meetina vas called to order by Chairman_Davis at F:05 p.m. Those <br />present were I11es4rs. Davis Kurt Richard.s, Donald.G, Le.dvina, Secre- <br />tary, James Leonard, Edward Byers and Robert E11.iott. <br />Also presente ivir, Dave Ransbury, Assistant to City .r•ngineerj Mro <br />Ernest 'und,y, Building Commissioner, and Nirs. Virginia Hod?ins, Re- <br />cording Secretary. <br />II, Minut,3s <br />itinutes were adopted with the suggestion that a miscellaneous item <br />oe added to include old business. <br />Chairman Davis welcomed guests. Four young Uebelo Boy Scouts were <br />presented by ilir. 1Vorman iiusialo The bo.ys then introduced themselveso <br />T_II. Buildins- Department Requests <br />F'rank --iouserman Assembly Hall <br />Ntr. Gundy presented plans for assembly hall to be built 150 ft. west <br />of Stearns tZd. on the south side of Lorain Ad. Examination and dis- <br />cussion of p].ans bv the Commission regarding parkinq, traffic flow, <br />seating capacity, etco was held. Applicants temporaril.y mithdrew <br />plans and will -present revised parking and seating plan at the T."by <br />°th meetir.g of the Planning Commission, <br />Puzzitiello Store Plan <br />1Vir. CTund.y presented plans for proup of retail stores -- Open PantrzT, <br />a butcher shop, a dr.y cleaning and tailor shop, plus violin whole- <br />sale mfg. at 28867 Lorain Rd, (Cor. ?orain 9c Coe Ave. ) on the south <br />side of Lorain Rd.. Discussion was held. regardinnr parkinq, traffic <br />flow, r-uard rails, plantin7 strip, 6 ft. fence and curb type retain- <br />ing wall. Pfxe Ledvina moved to anprove preliminary planso Nlr. E1- <br />liott seconded the motiono Messrs. Davis9 Ledvina, Byers, .Tlliott <br />and LeonarC voted in favor of the motion with Mr. Richards voting <br />no. The motion passed. <br />Dr. Adams, 30692 Lorain Rd4 <br />Mr, Cundy introduced Dr. Adams and told of his plans to use the <br />residential propert.y at the above address for residence and office <br />and treatment rooms. Variance has been granted by the Board of <br />Buildinp Code ADpeals for ceiling 7 fte and 7 ft. 8 ino in hein:ht. <br />t?ir. Ledcina moved for adoption, seconded b.y i,ir. B.yers. The motion <br />passed unanimously.
