Roll Call <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Davis at 8:05 p.m.. <br />Those present were Messrs. Davis, Robert Elliott, Edward Byers, <br />Kurt Richards, James Leonard, Donald Ledvina, Secretary. <br />Also presento Dave Ransberr.y9 Assistant to Ci.ty Fngineer and <br />Virginia Hodgins, Recording Secretary. <br />II. Reading and Correction of Minutes <br />Ntr. rlliott moved to approve minutes of September 25, 1972 meet- <br />inga Mr. Byers seconded and motion passed. <br />IIIo Building Department Requests - There were no Building Department <br />Requestse <br />IV. Old Business - There was no old business <br />V. New Developments and Subdivisions <br />(a) Biskind Subdivision on Stearns Rd. Mr. Ransberry presented <br />two subdivisionse The first is two lots one 2ith 118' fron- <br />tage and 137' frontage on Stearns but not the full length <br />fronting on Stearns leaving blocks A B C& D to be deeded to <br />Somerset residentso I"1r. Ledvina asked if we can deed 4 lots <br />without accessa The lots on Somerset coincide with A B C R1 D. <br />Block terminology was used to designate instead of permanent <br />parcel numbers. 131ock A B C& D would be landlocked. Legal <br />opinion is needed. Di.mensions are set. Nir. Leonard moved <br />for approval; seconded by Mr. I,edvina and passed unanimously. <br />The second Biskind Gubdivision is on Stearns Rd. south of <br />Lorain at the corner of Hast,ings. At present there is only <br />one L shaped lot. Plan is to make new lots; one fronting on <br />Stearns and one fronting on Hastings. This is B residential <br />area in Bretton Ridge. There are no dwellings on either lota <br />Mr. Leonard moved for approval. Mr. Ransberry stated: Hast- <br />ings will be relocated through this action. No building per- <br />mit will be issued because Hastings will go right through the <br />lot facing Stearns Rd. Stearns Road vill be elevated almost <br />12 fto at this point. The remaining lot facing Hastings will <br />be buildabl.e lot. Mr. T,edvina seconded and the motion passed. <br />VI. Communications <br />Mr. Davis said he had talked -with Presidnet of Council 0'Neill <br />regarding action of Council in passing Resolution 72-154.
