Roberts9 Hamill, Tubbs and <br />Ivfrs e Eian. <br />Also present: Mre Gundy, Building Commissioner, Recording Secretary <br />Virginia Hodgins and Councilmen Boehmer, Speedling and Seringer. <br />1. Hennie Homes, Request for variance (1133415)a 'Request for 8 ft. <br />rear yard variance on permanent parcel 235-8-L,2, 6054 Dorothy Dr. <br />Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1163o01 which requires a 50 ft. <br />rear yard. <br />Presenta Walter Welke and Councilman Speedlings Witnesses were <br />administered the oath. The case was read by Nro Roberts and ex- <br />plained by Mro Welke. Remaining 25 ft, rear yard would adjoin <br />25 ftv buffer strip owned by Ascension Church. Mr. Tubbs moved <br />to deny the request for 25 ft. rear yard. Mrsa Eian seconded and <br />motion passed. <br />2. Ken Holmok, 2570 Butternut Ridge Rd. Request for variance (11330 <br />13). Request for special permit to erect tool shede Violation <br />of Ord, 62-33 Section 1133.09e <br />Case was read. Tool shed is to be 14 fto x 10 ft. x 7. Mr. Tubbs <br />moved to grant variance. Mr. Hamill seconded and motion passed. <br />3. John E. Kilbane, 6075 Bellvue Dr. Request for variance (1133.13)e <br />Request for 10 fte rear yard variance. Violation of Ord. 62-33 <br />Section 1163.01 which requires a 50 ft. rear yard. <br />Present: Mr. and Mrs. Kilbane and Mr. S:peedling and Nire and Mrs. <br />Oringo Letters from Nlro Tr;iley and Mr. Coleman and other neighbors <br />objecting to proposal were presented. Witnesses were administered <br />the oath. There was lengthy discussion including suggestion by <br />members of the Board and neighbors to flip house (garage on re- <br />verse side-) thus fitting home on lot and not requiring variance. <br />Mr. Tubbs moved to deny the variance as requested. I4rs. Eian <br />seconded and motion passed unanimously. <br />4. Michael and Sandra Westerfeld, 252U Deerfield Dr. Request for variance <br />(1133•13). Request for 23 ft. 8 in. rear yard variance. Violation of <br />Ord. 62-33 Section 1163e01 which requires a 50 ft. rear yard.
