Request to exchange rear yard requirements to less <br />than 50 ft. and add to side yard requirernents to achieve 35 fte side yard. <br />1fiolation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1163.01, requir.ing 50 ft. rear yard. <br />Present: Mr. Pejaco, ivIr. Violation of Ordo 62-33 Section <br />1157.01. <br />Present: iws. McCrone and Mr. Speedlinga Uditnesses taere administered the <br />oath. Plan is to make 4 new parcels out of the er>isting 5 lots. New lots <br />will be 57 ft. wide (3 ftv short on each lot in "C" district). Proposal <br />is an improvement, upgrading the area. Homes to be built on new lots will <br />have selling price in low 30's or high 20's. I1re. Eian moved to grant the <br />variance, seconded b.y Yiro Hami11 and passed. <br />3. Ralph M. Witnesses were administered the oath. <br />Plans were presented and examined by the Board. Mr. Hamill moved for ? ft. <br />variance between structures and 1 ft. side .yard variance for construction of <br />garage. hirs. Eian seconded and the motion passed.
