Tubbs, Berglund, Gcheef and Roberts. <br />Also present: Mro Gundy, Building Commissioner and Nrse Hodgins, Rec. Sec'y. <br />Chairman Tubbs announced this is the regular January meeting postponed from <br />January 3. <br />Ninutes of the meetings of November 1 and December 13, 1972 were approved <br />with change of name Scheef to Berglund at the end of the last line on page <br />4 of the December 13 minutes. <br />The Recording Secretary distributed copies of Zoning Board of Appeals Annual <br />Report to each member. <br />Ghairman Tubbs announced the Parker Reynolds Chevrolet case will not be heard <br />this evening. Postponement is requested by letter from Mr. REVnolds' attorney. <br />Donald L. Williams, 6550 Barton Rd. Request for variance (1133.13)e <br />Request for 2 ft. 5 in. side yard variance to enable him to build ad- <br />dition to garage for storage of tools. Violation of Ord. 1161.01. <br />Present: Mr. tivilliams. 4litness was administered the oath. The tool <br />,hbors, who are not present, object to <br />shed is already assembled. Veig <br />all proposed plans. There was discussion as to location for tool shed. <br />Mr. Tubbs had made on site inspection. Mr. Scheef moved to grant vari- <br />ance for temporary tool shed, not exceeding 12 months, and located at <br />northwest corner behind garage facing south. T,Ir. Berglund seconded <br />and the motion passed. <br />Bernard R. Schulz, 25655 Butternut Ridge Road. Hearing to determine <br />interpretation of code in regard to Messrse Schulz and Snowden as out- <br />lined at December 13 meeting. .(All interested parties are now present) <br />Present: Messrs. Schulz, Snowden and Attorney Thomas Frye. VTitnesses <br />were administered the oath. The case is requested by Mr. Snowden, Mr. <br />Gundy gave review of his decision. Mr. Snowden's letter dated 10-19- <br />72 was read. Physical description of the problem was outlined by Mr. <br />Tubbs. The hedges were in place in 1955 before the 4 ft. hedge ordi- <br />nance. Mr. Tubbs read the ordinance. Mr. Schulz will not cut hedges <br />no matter what the decision is tonight, he has noise ,problem at all <br />hours.at neighbor's home.
