City of North Olmstecl. <br />BOARD QF ZONING APPEALeSS <br />November 13, 1974 <br />Meeting vas called to order at 7s35 p.m. by Chairman Hamill. ._. <br />Present: Chairman Hamill, Messrso Duskey and Ledvina. <br />Also Fresent: Building Commissioner Gundy,., Law Director Gareau, Recording <br />Secretar.y Hodgins and Councilman Goggina <br />Con'tinuance of request of William A. Permantel, 5427 Porter Rd. Request <br />for variance (1133.13). Request for special permission for tool shed. <br />Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1151004. <br />Present: Mr. and Mrs. Permantel who were administered the oath. Case <br />was read. D7re Ledvina had made on site inspection and he <br />stated tool shed will blend well into the area. Mr. Ledvina <br />moved to grant special permit as requested. Mr. Duskey seconded <br />and motion passed. <br />Continuance of request of Leland Johnson 27366 E,dgepark`Dr. Request for <br />variance (1133.13). Request for special permission for tool shed. Vio- <br />lation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1151.04. <br />Present: Mre Johnson. Case and appeal were read. Witness was administer- <br />ed the oath. Mr. Ledvina sa3d this is wide open spaceo It was <br />stated homes on both sides and behind have been contacted and resi- <br />dents voice no objections. Appellant plans to shrub tool shed. <br />There is only one other tool shed in the area and that up a few <br />houses from above address. Mr. Ledvina moved to reject on the <br />basis it is not harmonius with neighborhood. Mre Hami].1 seconded <br />the motion. Messrs. Ledvina and Hamill voted aye. Mro Duskey <br />voted nay. Request rejected. <br />Continuance of request of Kasmer J. Liska, 24097 Palm Dr, Request for v ari- <br />ance (1133.13)• Request for special permission for tool shed. Violation of <br />Ord. 62-33 Section 1151.04. <br />Present: Mr. Liska and Joseph Sontora. Case and appeal were read. Witnesses <br />taere administered the oath. Space is needed fbr tool storagee Mx. <br />Ledvina said this is identical to the previous case - wide open <br />area with no tool shed i.n immediate area; is not harmonious with <br />area. Mr. Ledvina moved to reject. Mr. Duskey seconded the motion. <br />Messrs. Ledvina and Duskey voted aye. Mr. Hamill voted nay.
