Skinner, 5963 S. Porter <br />Rd. Request for a variance (1133.13). Request changed to 10 ft. rear <br />yard variance for S/L 3 Dicker Rd. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section <br />1163.01. - <br />Present: David 0. Skinner, Horst Weber, Messrs. Hollenbeck, Davalla, <br />Juhasz and Tisma. Witnesses were administered the oath. <br />Case Was read, plans exarainsd and change to 10 ft. noted. <br />Proposed home will line up with existing neighbor's house; <br />split level is proposed. Mr. Roberts moved 10 ft, rear yard <br />variance on sub lot 3(5920 Decker Rd.) be granted. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1133•09. <br />Present: Mr. Barkhurst who was administered the oath. Appeal was read. <br />It was explained the tool shed must be 5 ft. from property line. <br />Nr. Bu:arkhurst had talked with immediate next door neighbors who <br />have no objection. Stearns Rd. residents are 350 to 400 ft. dis- <br />tant. Tool shed will abut swail. Mr. Duskey moved to grant <br />special permit for tool shed 5 ft. in from lot line with shrubs <br />oa sides. Mr. I,edvins seconded.
