Roll CaZ1 <br />Meeting was called to order by Chairman Richards at 8:07 p.m. <br />Mra E].liott called the rollo Present: Chairman Richards, Vice <br />Chairman Brewer, Nlessrs. Prokasy, Elliott and Mrso Eian. <br />A1.so present: Mro NicDermott, Engineer, Mr, Gundy, Building Com- <br />missioner, Mro Caster, Service Director, Mro Gareau, Law Da.rec- <br />tor and Councilmen ti^dilamoslty, Saringer, Giesser and Goggina <br />II. Reading and Correction of Minutes <br />N1r. Prokasy moved to accept minutes of February 12 as submitted. <br />Mr. Brewer seconded the motion. 1'fw. Richards correeted minutes <br />as follows: On Page 2 item (b) strike line L; on Page 3 second <br />line from top "the specifics of tne plan meet the codet4 should <br />be stricken; on Page 4 item VIII New busa.ness (a) should read <br />"Rules and Regulations of Planning Commission dated 3/23/65: Mo- <br />tion passedm <br />III. Old Business <br />(a) Diro Gundy made presentation of Park Auto Clinic Vahich meets <br />code, parking is sufficient, landscaping"is provided, 20 <br />ft. egress is provided and is classified under auto service. <br />Based upon corrunents of the Building Commissioner Mr. Prokasy <br />moved parking layout for Park Auto Clinic be approvea. Mr. <br />Brewer seconded the motion. Motion carried with all present <br />boting aye except Chairman Richards who voted nay. <br />(b) Mr. Gundy presented p1ans for new service driveway at A'lanor <br />Care Nursing Home. There is change on west side for service <br />driveway, to provida for trucks and heavier vehiclese Basic- <br />al3y the only change from original plan is to bring second <br />driveway out. Mr. Brewer moved to approve plan as submitted. <br />N(r. Flliott seconded and motion passed. <br />(c) Mr. Gundy prssented plans for Clague Plaza. I,and is owned <br />by Price-Kauker and is located opposite Gessner Road on Lo- <br />rain Rd. 17r. Gundy said their is sufficient parlting,, the <br />landscape strips are in order, service Ioading and unload- <br />ing is providedo Mra H. Schwarzer described details of the <br />plan and possible tenantso Mr. I'rokasy moved to place in <br />committee while surrounding businesses and traffic layout a-re <br />inspected by Planning Commission members. Nlr. Elliott second- <br />ed and motion passed. <br />(d) N1r. Gundy presented Chrysler Corpe Dealership plans with two <br />? changes -(1) retention basin has been moved to commercial <br />property and is covered in new plan and (2) 15 ft. buffer <br />is planned witk} green belt area of lt to 5 ft. evergreens.
