Roll Ca11. <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Ri.chards at 8:10 p.m. <br />Present: Chairman Richards, Secretary Tischler, Mrs. Eian, Messrs. <br />Prokasy and Brewer. <br />Also Present: Xr. McDermott, Acting City Engineer, Nr. Gareau, Uir- <br />ector of Law, Mr. Gundy, Building Commissioner, Mrs. <br />Hodgins, Recording Secretary and Councilmen Goggin? <br />West, Sharpe, iWilamosky and Saringer. <br />II. Prokasy moved presentation <br />of parking for Ohliger Medical Building be approved with 6 ft. <br />chain link, slatted fence and several speed bumps to conlurol <br />speed through parking area. N1r. Brewer seconded. Mr. Ti3chler <br />asked about zoning on front?age at end of property facing Root <br />Rd. Ms. Z,"eiker, a neighbor, said his main concern was drainage. <br />All members present voted in favor of the motion. <br />(b) New Requests <br />(1) Red Lobster <br />Mr. Gundy distributed location maps for Red Lobster <br />Restauranto Parking spaces are in excess of require- <br />ments. He also had landscape plan and appliance lay- <br />out plan. Plan agrees with zoning ordinancea Rete_n_•- <br />tion basins are provided. Joe Bochniowich made pre- <br />sentation for Red Lobster, which is owned by General <br />Ni11s. Other restaurants in this chain a.re planned for <br />this area. Mr. Prokasy asked about drainage.
